Vientiane, Savannakhet, Pakxe, Luang Prabang Laos Democratic Republic

This 15-year master plan, prepared in 2004 for the medical infrastructure of Laos, included Vientiane University’s medical school, the city’s main hospital as well as five of the provincial hospitals located throughout the country.  Howard Rideout was a consultant to John Van Nostrand, then of architectsAlliance for this project.
